Methods: A Korean woman in her 50s who is suffering from bloating, abdominal distension and frequent eructation after meals.
Results: Symptoms improved one year after the introduction of nutrition therapy, and patient was diagnosed as fully recovered from reflux esophagitis, atrophic gastritis, and intestinal metaplasia through gastroscopy.
Conclusion: In patients with complex gastrointestinal problems, the application of nutrition therapy may help improve and treat symptoms.

Methods: A teenage Korean male was suffering from acute atopic dermatitis.

Conclusion: OCNT can be helpful in the treatment of patients with acute atopic dermatitis.

Methods: A Korean woman in her 50s was diagnosed with breast cancer. After being diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer, her quality of life has greatly deteriorated due to the side effects of the drugs administered.
Results: Symptoms of insomnia and muscle pain improved after nutritional therapy.
Conclusion: Applying nutritional therapy to patients with the aforementioned condition can help alleviate symptoms.

Methods: A Korean woman in her 50s was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia, and she has had a very high level of LDL-cholesterol.
Results: After performing OCNT, the LDL-cholesterol level decreased from 208 mg/dL to 109 mg/dL.
Conclusion: The application of OCNT to patients with hyperlipidemia can help reduce their LDL-cholesterol levels and relieve symptoms.

Methods: A 35-year-old Korean female experiencing rapid weight gain, fatigue, and loss of motivation.
Results: After applying nutritional therapy, the levels of TSH and T3 hormones returned to normal, and symptoms of abdominal pain and jaundice were alleviated.
Conclusion: Nutritional therapy can be beneficial for hypothyroidism patients by restoring thyroid hormone levels and alleviating symptoms.

Methods: The subject is a Korean female in her 50s who frequently experiences indigestion and eructation problems and feels psychological discomfort due to submucosal tumors.
Results: After commencing OCNT, she completely recovered from submucosal tumors, verified through an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy one year later.
Conclusion: OCNT can be helpful in the treatment of patients with submucosal tumors.
